Whoever gets a Deoxys there can go to that one city with the Galactic Headquarters. There are these meteors that if you touch on of them, you can change its type to defense, speed, defense, attack, or normal.

I got my Deoxys. It was Calm, which means this guy's going to defensive form and learning Spikes and Stealth Rock ASAP. IV's weren't bad, either.

If you don't like the nature you get, you can save in front of the mailman in the items shop before he gives it to you and soft reset until you get the nature you want because it's not set until he gives it to you. I just was too lazy to reset until I got a careful nature instead of calm (oh noes, knock off is going to deal less damage now!)
