you can still use vitamins to gain ev's in that stat if it's already reached 100....the thing you got mixed up is...that you can't use Vitamins to gain more then 100 EV's.

look it up or try it for yourself, i just tried, you can't use vitamins after you've reached 100 EV's in a stat

i gots a question: if a pokemon is holding Exp Share, does it recieve EV points? it kinda participates in battle (though not pysichally)?
