Military personnel are among 74 British National Party members living in Lewisham and Southwark, according to a membership list of the far right party leaked last Monday.
A local army serviceman and a former territorial army cadet are included on the list which contains personal contact details for some 12,000 BNP members.
Although being a member of the BNP is not prohibited in the armed forces, it is 'frowned upon' as the party's far right views are seen as incompatible with public service.
Other members from Lewisham and Southwark include security officers for multi-national firms, a managing director of a security company, an online columnist and a professional actor and voice-over artist.
The leak was called "malevolent and spiteful" by BNP spokesperson Simon Darby. "This is theft," he said.
Two weeks ago The Platform reported that the BNP were planning to stand a candidate in every borough in the UK in the next general election.
