I love this response because it displays no opposition. Look, you don't mind paying more, I get it. But there's a pattern here.
Microsoft starts charging $60 for their games, instead of $50. Sony follows. The video game industry realizes that consumers will continue purchasing video games no matter how large the price. In a few years, they'll start charging $70, and what are we getting? Game prices are going up, innovation and longevity is going down. Games cost more than they're worth.
