I haven't thrown away anything you have said.
However, one of the funny things about God is the fact that, except for spreading his word via Jesus, there is no proof that the concept of unregenerate heart is real, not to mention the fact that humans have a bad habit of putting their own spin on things, and religion is no exception. There are so many interpretations of what God wants that there is no real way to tell which one is right. And as such, I believe in my interpretation of what his word is. If people agree with me, great. If not, that's great too, they are free to believe what they want. Although I can't say I won't judge people a little (it's only human nature), they are still just trying to follow what they believe, and that's something I can respect, and I respect you for that.
I am a sinner, yes. We all are. We're human, God gave us free will, and that means he gave us the option to make mistakes.

I agree, humans put a spin on things. Look around at people like Joel Olsten (sp?) he put his own spin on the bible and is now filthy rich. That is why i am so careful with my theology. I wont believe something that is not biblically supported. I try to take the human out of my religion the best i can, if that makes any sense. you need proof of an unregenerate heart? look at the world, its as plain as day. how they mess up, things like premarital sex. They have no desire to do that which God commands.
oh yeah, I am Christian with jewish heritage, Christians believe the old testament. See here is the thing, most of all the laws in the OT are done away with once Jesus comes. He says that throughout the new testament.

Ah i think you are getting at why God doesnt speak in the same way He does in the bible. That is a simple answer. Look at the old and new testaments. They had no full bible. God needed to speak to them. God is constantly speaking to the saved, it is through the bible. That is why the bible cannot be flawed. It is God using it to speak to us.
