Chances are, they won't, and if they do, then they're SOL and will just have to re-register.

Well having users that aren't active really doesn't bother me. I mean if anything it might help us they may say HEY! THIS IS PRETTY POPULAR LOOK AT ALL THE MEMBERS! and they just join to join.

and then when they join, they see it's not so popular after all and dead during their peak internet times because we really don't have that many people, and then just leave.

OR we pick up a new member or two who IS actually active. In my book it's still good.
