Well as you most of you know I make videos and I was really interested to post on the videos club but I was wondering if I could and I also notice there are some tags on the over threads of video. And I was just curious, how do the tags help here? Like um, these tags help that it appears on search engines the website or something else?

You can post there. Tags help to organize BC for various reasons including search engine optimization and better searches here on BC.
