Do you guys know how to get shiny pokemon?

There's no definite method to obtaining shiny pokemon. The odds are 1 in 8192. That means mathematically that for every 8192 wild encounters you have, there will be one shiny pokemon. Also, if you are going to approach a pokemon that appears on the overworld (Dialga/Palkia, Giratina, Drifloon, etc), you can reset your game until you get a shiny. This could take any amount of time, from a couple minutes to several hours.
