Ok, i know it evolves a certain type of pokemon, which i think is Happiny, is this the only way it becomes a Chansey, or can it lvl up with training. I dont know if its just more or does Happiney have another evolve form after chansey.
Oh, 1 more thing, does any1 know what lvls Ghastly and Budew evolve at?

Chansey evolves to Blissey after its Happiness is at its peak. You can only evolve Happiny with the Oval Stone.
Gastly evolves into Haunter at level 25.

ok, how do you get its happiness up (havent played these games in a while) and it says my Happiney is unable to evolve...

To improve Happiness, battle with the pokemon a lot, and let it hold items. Do not let it faint, as it causes it to lower its happiness. There are some other things you can do, but they escape me.
For Happiny, you have to let it hold onto the Oval Stone, and level it. Then it should evolve.

It also needs to be daytime, then it will evolve.
