Title says it all.

All jokes aside, I don't know if the LHC will actually create black holes or not.

What I honestly think will happen is that we'll either find the Higgs boson or not. Who knows, maybe in the process, we'll accidentally discover one of the elements missing from the periodic table.

I really don't think there'll be any crazy stuff going down.

And I really don't know enough about hardons colliding to comment further.

That reminds me of Element Zero from Mass Effect, which pretty much makes inter-stellar travel possible. It'd be cool if we found an element like that.

What if we ended up creating a new micro universe within the LHC? Then what would that mean about us? Could that all mean that we're also nothing more then an experiment in some bigger worlds LHC? And if so, what about that other world? Maybe there's a never ending chain of LHC's....

Interestingly, there was a story about this, but involving alternate universes. If we are a chain of LHC's based universes, then we better take of the LHC, cause if its destroyed, our whole universe is destroyed.

I hope that it can prove the existence of tachyons, for a particle that can travel forward and backwards through time simultaneously and speed up as it lose energy is pretty cool in my book.
