A quick survey of my recipe book this evening reveals some strange, although possibly not surprising, statistics:
100%, or all 3, of the recipes in the "entres" category are for lentils in some form or another.
The only other category with recipes in it is "breads/desserts," where most of my recipes are for cookies or pancakes. Almost all of them have the word "egg-free" or "eggless" in the title.
There are two other recipes in the whole book and they both showcase avocado.
I think this is what happens when you get all your recipes from running magazines and google searches for "without egg."
