TV, songs, stories, books, people, religion, and basic instinct tell you that DEATH IS BAD.

i believe it to be fear of the unknown, even with a religious twist to it, do you end up seeing anything when you die or is it just completely black?

that is why death is the biggest of my fears.

also, i heard onetime some person saying that when we die, we just repeat our whole lives over and over again in our heads

Spoiler:
death makes me depressed, im gonna go look at bunnies now

It's been proven that when you die, or have a near-death experience, your brain releases chemicals that make you see pure white. Hence the phrase 'don't go to the light!'.

And you repeat your life in your head simply because it's about to come to an end.

When you ask someone if they would give their life for another person most people would of course say yes, but i think if they really had to choose between their life or someone else most would choose their own. They only say they would sacrifice their self because it is the right thing to say, you wouldnt be proud of saying you wouldnt sacrifice your life for others.

I do fear death because I am not sure of other realms or any other planes where we go to. But, there are people who in a hospital or some other place, claim they were out of their bodies and went to another realm only to shortly return back to their body. So maybe there really is a place out there but I want to live my life to the fullest and have no regrets before I die.

In serious thought, if my best friend was about to get shot and I could take the bullet for him, I would. Even with my small fear of death I think I would still overcome that for a friend.

But what that would suggest is that a person doesn't truly die, but just goes through a cyclic process and that would mean that time doesn't truly exist, but it is just an illusion.....
