It is for the PSP and it is AWESOME Anyway, the premise of the game is simple. Basically, a peaceful race called the Loco Roco lived on a planet. Suddenly it was attacked by the Moja Troop and you must tilt the world to destroy them. Odd, I know, but it works. Basically, you go into a level and use L and R to rotate the level. This is how you move your Loco Roco. Press both at the same time to jump. The game focuses on collecting various things rather then the combat and it has a really good feel to it. Plus, the Loco Roco sing. How cute! Anyway, it's deep enough to be interesting, but not so complicated that it becomes frustrating. I'll give more updates and answer more of your questions.
