I highly doubt it'll happen. Although Microsoft may be somewhat poised for it, it wouldn't be too smart a move to introduce another handheld in this market, especially considering how there was so much hype for the PSP when it first came out, only to be trounced quite thoroughly by the DS, and considering the fact that the economy is still in the toilet. And if they do decide to release it, and it sells for $200 or more, they're kind of screwed.
