She was in the Top 10 Semi-Finalist Miss Universe 2008 and was a shoo-in for the Top 5 before the debacle. Crystle Stewart was Miss Texas before winning Miss USA. And unfortunately, it happened the second time in a row for Miss USA. Miss USA 2007 Rachel Smith also fell down in the Evening Gown Competition in the Miss Universe 2007 Pageant.
