Why, when the sun shines
Full of energy and strength
Power and Wisdom
That I am still encase in darkness?
Darkness that blocks out my sight
Darkness that freezes my heart
Darkness that encases
My entire being in pain
Why, when the sun shines
Can I not feel the warmth?
