So, now I am a Freshman in College at Rockhurst University. It is very nice: the people, the scenery, its blend of science and religious ideals, etc....Yet, the price..Now, my mom thought that my books would be $250 at the most. I told her it would be hundreds and hundreds of dollars. She only withdrew $400 dollars and said I'll pay for it, don't worry. Then, when we went to the bookstore, I didn't have my schedule. We went back home and got the schedule. Now, we get back and obtain my books. It ended up costing $798 dollars. So she finally allowed us to go half-and-half (sorta).

So today, there was a pep assembly at five o'clock in the morning that was to last until seven. I actually got up and got ready at around 4:15, but decided to skip that, but couldn't go back to sleep. :| So, I waited until five o'clock and flipped on the news, knowing that KCMB 9 news would be filming the pep assembly and I have to say, our football team needs to be more invigorated or something. I mean, they were very lackluster in inspiration or--

Brainy: Well, they did lose three games before, the first in Lincoln's history for a long time. And besides, they woke up at three, maybe even two-thirty...


Yeah, but they still need to look pumped up. I mean, with the energy they had, nobody will be intimidated of them....

Anyway, when I got to school, I sneaked up into the gym for the last portion of the pep assembly.
