A clip of the opening sequence was shown at Comic-Con 2008 and added to the film's official website on September 17, 2008. A man named Seth awakens to find himself chained to a table, looking up at a razor-edged pendulum on the ceiling. A videotaped message from Billy reveals that Seth had been sentenced to life in prison for murder, but was released on a technicality after five years. The pendulum descends toward him as it begins to swing; after 30 seconds it will be close enough to touch his skin, and after 60 seconds it will cut him in half. Seth is told that in order to save himself, he must "destroy the things that have killed — your hands" by inserting them into two presses and pushing the starter buttons inside. He does so, the presses crushing his hands, but the pendulum continues its descent. The clip ends at the 50-second mark when the title card comes up; Seth's fate is left unrevealed.During October, a clip with Jigsaw yelling at Hoffman was released, where they revealed that Seth was indeed killed by his trap, even though he passed his test.

Loved the passion of Bill and Sookie mak'in it in the graveyard but where were Bill's clothes? He usually sleeps clothed. So what was he up to right before dawn that he had to dig himself a temporary grave in the nude? Obviously something since he didn't answer any of Sookie's calls that night. Sookie didn't seem to even notice or wonder why
Bill was nude guess she had her mind on other things. So....I don't think Jason needs any help getting into trouble and I knew Amy would be nothing but trouble. He needs to cut her loose and quick but I think it is probably too late
for that. Great episode. The only thing I didn't care for much was this week's selection of music. All prior episodes have rocked but this week's tunes were a bit flat (no pun intended).
Bailey heads up a “domino procedure,” in which each surgery hinges on the one preceding it. Meanwhile, Derek gets sole credit for the brain-tumor study he did with Meredith; Lexie tries to get George to notice her romantically; and Sloan counsels a desperate Callie in the ways of love.

Turtle scores a first class seat next to the star of a now finished HBO series, and makes a mile-high claim to the guys; Josh Weinstein courts Vince whilst Ari is distracted.
One of the most important episodes of Dexter is revealed. This series has taken a "Pivotal" and very unexpected turn. Miguel appears to be Dexter's first partner in crime. While Rudy couldn't stay in Dexter's code and Lila was too inconvenient and controlling. But now there is Miguel who is just a helping hand for all of Dexter's needs. Now THIS is going to be a good storyline.
Masuka finally takes a long overdue stand. Although for some strange reason it makes me wonder who killed that women. If it wasn't the skinner who was it? Was it a random killer? Or could it of been Ramon...Or maybe even Masuka? Dexter performs one of his best kills ever. God didn't just make golf so men could have some private time. He also made it so Dexter would have a bag to hide his tools in. And the David Bowie song was PERFECT and sums up the entire episode in a way that only our genius writers could of thought up.
And Debra seems to be being followed by The Skinner. Who could it be? Anton (Who she apparently seems to have feelings for.)? Or Quinn, the guy she has mixed feelings for? Or could it be Miguel himself? Or maybe Rita DOESN'T really want central air and SHE is the skinner with her own pieces of skin in the air vent :O!
Sorry for the random joke. This episode was REALLY good and has made me a very satisfied lion. Unfortunately we don't get to see more of the Chicky Hines case, which I was looking forward too.
Also the Dexter and Rita relationship is great. It's real, unlike other TV relationships (Jim and Pam anyone?). The action has risen to a marvelous point. Dexter and Miguel, the dark defenders of our children, and there own.
Molly has several lessons this week as do our friends Joan and Rodney. Molly is approached to write about her life as the Hollywood Ex. For real. The problem is, the people in charge want to turn it into something totally different and unrecognizable. Although Molly wants to stand her ground, her desire to provide for Jaden and begin a must wanted career force her to make compromises that make her uncomfortable. Best thing Molly did was to discuss the situation with Kenny, who in all of his experience and wisdom pushed in back into the right direction by simply telling her how he conducts his own professional career.
Cyrus takes Bella to the beach to go surfing. The place is packed due to a high profile surfing contest. Bella changes into her suit and a truck runs over her board. The guy in the car next to her says 'what a drag' and Bella recognizes him to be her ex boyfriend Shane (played by Brian VanHolt).
In today’s reward challenge, each tribe member will be tethered to a heavy 200 pound snake. Along the way, if a player gets tired, they can disconnect and opt out. One tribe must travel around the course until they catch the other. Tonight’s reward is: croissants, chocolate éclairs, fruit tarts, coffee, and tea. Sugar, Kenny, Kelly, and Crystal all drop for Fang when Kota begins catching up with them. The entire weight is left on Matty and Ace and Kota quickly and easily catches up with them, winning the reward and further strengthening their tribe.
This was the episode I've been waiting for and it more than lived up to the hype. Opening it with the arguements was interesting and the splitting into each woman and their own past during that time was a great move. For the flashbacks, it was hilarious seeing Gabby react to her pregnancies (the part of Carlos refusing to put the baby down to face her was great) and I liked how Carlos secretly wanted a son, which makes perfect sense for him. Once again, we see the bond the two have that makes them a great couple.
For Lynette and Tom, his near-death experience explains a lot of his behavior and the tension between them is obvious now. It's like Lynette to call him on always changing himself up but she had to do it as it'll hopefully clear up soon.
The Susan/Mike parts were powerful with Susan begging for one last chance as she didn't want to lose that fairy tale she'd always wanted. That it leads to a current breakup makes sense as well and shows how much Susan has changed.
For Bree to go back to her drinking with Orson gone was a plot so obvious I can't believe I didn't consider it. Katherine helping her out of it was wonderfully done, a testeament to both Cross and Delany's talents. Thus it makes sense Bree would find it hard to push KAtherine aside but good of her to admit what happened to Orson rather than push him away. So we get Dave's moves to get Mrs. MCClusky out of the way and that final scene of him actually seeming sorry to have done it made him even more threatening. I had thought Karen was a target but it seems she's just another step to his ultimate goal. So we get the fleshing out of the past but more plots for the future which should keep this season rolling along perfectly.
