Oh har har.

Yes, Vista is bad. Not that bad. The only real qualms I have about it are its footprint (15GB? In my hard drive? It's more likely than you think.), system requirements, User Account Control, and a bunch of small compatibility issues. That's about it.

I still prefer XP, though. I can do crazy registry hacks if I want to and not break crap.

Or installing Vista.
I already have Vista installed on my laptop....And I just want a 1 TB just to own it....Nothing more....>_>

Anyway, how do you think computer games will change because of the better computing speeds?

Newer games are starting to require more high-end type computers to run them. Games like Crysis, CoD 4, etc need a shatload of RAM and GPU processing power to run them.

Not to mention a 2 GB suspend/hibernate image, 2 GB of drivers for optional hardware, and I needed to download a fucking driver for my standard, 3 button, USB mouse. That's retarded.

I also just hate Windows in general. The constant, CONSTANT security warnings, little to no theme support, and the danger of viruses just makes me sick.

On a side note, have you pirated Snow Leopard yet?

Not right now. I'd wait for more builds to come out, because the only thing separating Leopard from Snow Leopard right now is a number.

Reinstalled Jewbuntu for two main reasons:

1. Ubuntu = Debian derivative, which means access to apt-get and use of the .deb/.dpkg installer formats.

2. Synaptic Package Manager allows me to be uber lazy and not have to worry about package dependencies by downloading any and all dependencies for me. Woot.
