But you know the old saying: Everything is better on a console. Even moreso portable. And if it can be implanted into your mind, its beyond awesome.
On a serious note, I am not really that sure as to what exactly I want from Nintendo, for even though they may have good games coming out, they are not great. Not eyepopping, just smile worthy if that. |
I do congratulate you so64 you have been the best at responding and I am not kidding.  except the last paragraph on this quote but oh well I guess we all have our own opinion. It was an interesting discussion but I guess it's time to declare peace unless you guys are enjoying the war? 
EDIT: And don't worry if I get a 360 sonic would not be the only thing I would buy that's for sure.

I'm not much of a basher, so I have nothing horrible to say about Nintendo. The only thing I really ask for is just more and better VC games and original software. I suppose Hannah Montana and Spongebob show up on almost every console, but, if possible, they need to counter those sucky games with both first and third party games worth buying. Like 75% of a console's software shouldn't be that kind of crap, IMO. Although I'm a little disappointed with the lack of decent games, I still love Nintendo. I'm just patiently awaiting something for me to actually buy for my Wii.

Since this is a nintendo discussion, I'm assuming the DS is fair play.
More shit for the DS, because its the only current gen Nintendo thing I have. I'm currently fucking playing Pokemon (yes I finally got it, no I'm not giving anyone friend codes because I'm not dealing with them...ever) because its the only thing that interested me in the DS Aisle >_> I played the Ninja Gaiden demo off of my friend's Wii, and it was fun, but I got bored after 10 minutes.
Moar 1st party support for the DS, besides Fire Emblem. I'm tired of seeing IMAGINE ROCK STAR and IMAGINE VETERINARIAN. I also saw an ad for CAKE MANIA 2. W.T.F.

Actually, I bought my DS for MPH, Star Fox, and Final Fantasy. Which I have. FF is the only thing that interests me now. Pokemon is great though.

Let me point you to a statement I made earlier...

It's not Nintendo's fault and they can't be held responsible or expected to counter what developers put out. I've never held third-party games in high regards because most of them, especially sports games, are usually cheap, crappy, shovelware that I don't want to waste my money on. So you know what? I've always just ignored it. |

No, but they are responsible for only announcing 1 game at E3 that only appeals to a certain crowd, such as flash. Nintendo needs to stop only relying on its past. I mean, it's great to get new mario sequels, AC games, and I sure do love me some advance wars, but they need to be creating new franchises as well. Look how awesome pikmin is, and that's one of their newest franchises. They sure have the ability, but they just aren't putting out.
