Gears 1 or Gears 2
the first gears is way better

If I had to pick one, it would be Gears 2 regardless of all the bullshit. They can always fix those, and in Gears 1 my connection always sucked ass when I wasn't host, a little better in 2.

Gears 1 in almost every aspect. Better maps, better weapons (for example, the shotgun worked and the smokes weren't stun grenades), better lobbies, chainsaw wasn't as cheap, less glitches, etc
