Eh...talking from memory, go to...
My Xbox -> System Settings -> Xbox Live Settings? -> should be in there somewhere. It's in system settings, at any rate.

Okay, thnks, I'll have to look for that....That could've saved me a lot of time when I was downloading all the map packs

Ummm......I can't find it. I went to system settings, but there is no 'live settings'. The closest thing to that was "Xbox Live Vision".
Oh, wait, I found it, thanks guys.
By the way, it was....
Console Settings
Shutdown
Background Downloads
Enable
For anyone else who needs it.
I just started downloading some demos, so I needed to find it. Haha.
